All foreign-trade contracts are signed with a legal entity — your choice of China Auto Sourcing Limited (Hong Kong, China) or Chongqing Gan-Che Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Chongqing, China). Contracts, PIs, invoices and packing lists are issued per international trade standards.

We maintain complete foreign-exchange receiving channels and accept USD, cross-border RMB (CNY) and VTB-channel receipts. Cross-border payments generally take 3–5 banking days to arrive.

Please provide brand, model, model year, mileage range, configuration requirements and target price range; we will match options and provide alternatives for comparison. Before purchase we supply detailed photos and videos of the vehicle, including paint-thickness-gauge inspection video.

Under the 'sourcing-on-request' model: Provide specs → Deposit → Nationwide sourcing → Video inspection → Balance payment → Shipment. This suits wholesale orders with a clear model list. If you can share reference brands, models, production dates and an approximate price range, we can prepare a targeted deal proposal.

① In-Stock: full payment → FX confirmation → vehicle locked → delivery; for units already in the port pre-warehouse, fastest shipment. ② Sourcing on Request: deposit + balance commitment → nationwide sourcing to port → video inspection → balance payment & shipment; for clear model lists of non-stock models. ③ Bishkek Delivery: 50% deposit → procurement & shipment → on-site inspection → balance payment; for buyers who want 'see first, pay later' and lower prepayment risk. Currently the Khorgos base only supports FCA Incoterms, but we can recommend established, efficient international logistics partners.

The payment structure depends on the transaction mode (see Q6). Taking a Khorgos in-stock FCA deal as an example: after the vehicle is delivered and accepted at Khorgos and we receive 100% payment, we process the export license and PI and other customs formalities. Transparency commitment: the quoted price is the full FCA payable amount — no extra port, terminal or packing fees. If you separately entrust us to arrange overseas transport or insurance (CIP), that cost is listed separately and confirmed in advance — never added afterwards.

Single-unit trial shipments are supported (from 1 unit). We set no hard MOQ threshold and accept 1-unit trial orders with the full process (inspection report → contract → customs → shipment → delivery), letting you experience a real delivery end-to-end. Volume tiers: price is negotiated separately based on payment method, payment ratio and monthly purchase volume.

Two-tier inspection: Tier 1 (in-house QC): new vehicles are quality-checked by our staff following the factory PDI method. Tier 2 (authoritative third party): for used cars, we operate a vehicle inspection center at Khorgos Port with CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group, a central state-owned enterprise), which independently discloses the true condition and issues a condition disclosure report. [If CCIC inspection is required for new vehicles, a separate fee applies.]

Upon request, we can provide on-site paint-thickness-gauge inspection video for all delivered vehicles.

Standard timeline assuming the vehicle is already in the Khorgos pre-warehouse: ① Payment 3–5 days → ② Export license 3–5 days → ③ Customs queue 7–15 days → ④ To Minsk 10–15 days Total (in-stock, from Khorgos) approx. 23–45 days; if the vehicle is in another mainland China city, add 6–10 days of domestic repositioning. Transparency commitment: queue numbers, estimated queue time and every status change are synced to you via our system — no vague promises.

The main corridor exits via the Khorgos / Kashgar land ports and transits Central Asia to Belarus; we also offer road transport and road-rail combined options, optimized by vehicle count, season and cost. For Central Asia and Russia-bound customers, vehicle pickup at the Bishkek physical delivery center is also available.

Responsibility principle: after we complete the PI, we obtain your written confirmation; customs formalities begin only after both parties sign off on the document content. Border hold-ups and rectification costs caused by our document errors are borne by us; hold-ups caused by incorrect information you provided or sudden changes in destination-country policy are borne by the buyer.

If you use our recommended logistics company, we require the carrier to insure the transported vehicles at 100%. If you designate your own carrier, insurance is arranged by you; we can provide all vehicle and document information needed for coverage.

Four lines of defense: ① Vehicle GPS tracking: per buyer's request, each vehicle can be fitted with GPS to monitor in-transit status and ETA (separate fee). ② Loading-handover footage: visual records kept at loading and sealing. ③ 100% transport insurance: covers theft and damage (only under our recommended-carrier mode). ④ Delivery verification: on arrival, the pre-shipment archived VIN and photos are checked item-by-item and a formal acceptance document is issued.

① SBKTS and EPTS are certification steps within the importing country and, by international practice, are normally handled by the importer (you) at customs clearance. ② We provide the full set of Chinese-side original documents required: export customs declaration, certificate of origin, vehicle conformity / technical-parameter data, VIN rubbing or photo, invoice and contract, etc.

① Spare-parts supply: we serve overseas users with parts, building a per-model list of common wear parts and replenishing with the vehicle or on a cycle, solving end-users' 'can buy the car but can't get it repaired' pain point. ② Extended warranty: customized 12–36 month overseas vehicle warranty, with you as the local service provider and us supplying warranty policy, parts and technical data. ③ Technology & operations empowerment: model technical data and Russian-language materials; with long-term partners we can co-build a dedicated international website and SaaS tools to visualize the transaction flow. ④ Bonded repair (advanced): auto parts repair and remanufacturing in China's bonded zone — repaired and to-be-repaired parts may defer customs duties and be re-exported after repair, optimizing your cash flow.

Auto-export prices fluctuate in real time with vehicle-batch availability, exchange rates and port policy, so a fixed price list quickly becomes stale and misleading. We therefore use a 'standard quotation + validity period' mechanism: After you provide an intended model list, we issue a formal quotation with a validity period (recommended 5–7 calendar days) within 48 hours, breaking down costs item-by-item for verifiability and comparability.
